Around midday today (4th April 2016) some of our customers began experiencing issues when attempting to checkout.

With 100% certainty I can say that this is not a security issue, nor has any been lost whatsoever. This is unfortunately an issue with our Payment Processor and an update to their software. Multi retailers are being affected as well as ourselves. 

I assure you we’re working non-stop with our processor to fix this and I cannot thank you enough for bringing it to our attention.

While this issue is ongoing, can we please ask you to checkout with PayPal on the site? Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still enter your card details as you normally would do so and continue as a Guest.

My sincerest apologies for those affected.
