Why are so many things "Coming Soon"?

The short version:

We're a small startup UK-based company that's launched incredibly quickly & grown rapidly since later 2015. We have an enormous number of brands approaching us & we so want to get their products listed & made available to all of you!

However, we only have a handful of staff & we're working our socks off to get orders fulfilled for our existing customers while also listing new products all the time. (200+ new products every week)
