Branched Chain Amino Acids consist of 3 essential amino acids Leucine, Iso-Leucine, and Valine. How To Use
Use BCAA's primarily around your workout window. Add them to a pre-workout drink such as Pre WKT PERFORM or Pre WKT PUMP or even as additional BCAA impact to PhD's intra-workout drink, Intra BCAA+.
